YG Sued for Assault, Battery, Theft at Las Vegas Casino: Report

YG (real name Keenan Jackson) has been sued for assault, battery, and theft, TMZ reports. In the suit, a male fan said he approached YG and his friends in the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino Las Vegas last month to take a picture with the rapper. He claimed YG refused and then starting cursing at him. While the fan was walking away, the man alleges that YG said to his friends, “Get him.” The man said that YG’s friends assaulted him, that YG stole his gold chain and diamond-laced pendant, and that the rapper and his friends fled the scene. The man is seeking $250,000 in damages. He’s also reportedly suing the Cosmopolitan for inadequate security. Pitchfork has reached out to representatives for YG and the Cosmopolitan for further comment.
