Host Rewardful Promotional Materials Affiliates Will Use

A glowing hub connects file tiles, links, and content cards on a dark background.

Affiliates can’t promote a SaaS product when the banner is in Slack, the copy is in an old document, and the correct link is unclear. Rewardful promotional materials need one approved home, clear owners, and a basic testing process.

Rewardful’s Assets tab gives you a place to share files, links, and reusable text with affiliates. It cuts down on outdated screenshots, unsupported claims, and tracking mistakes.

Set up the library before you recruit heavily. Then publish only assets that match the offer you sell today.

Set Up Rewardful Promotional Materials in the Assets Tab

Rewardful lets you create three asset types: File, Link, and Text. Create an item as a draft while your team reviews it. Publish it when it is ready for affiliate use.

Published assets appear in the affiliate-facing Assets tab. They are available to all affiliates across all campaigns. Do not publish client-only files, private pricing sheets, or campaign terms that only apply to one partner.

Rewardful’s asset and affiliate dashboard guidance also covers custom text, FAQs, and links to brand files.

Build the library in a fixed order

Open the Assets tab in Rewardful and select Upload Assets. Choose File, Link, or Text. Give the asset a clear name, save it as a draft, then publish it after review.

Start with one small approved set. A crowded library creates the same problem as no library. Affiliates will grab the first thing they see, even if it is six months old.

Give Affiliates Assets They Can Publish

Your affiliates need material that reduces production time. They do not need a 40-page brand book before their first post.

Use this approved asset checklist

  • Add a current logo file with approved light and dark versions where needed.
  • Upload two or three banners sized for common newsletter and website placements.
  • Include product screenshots that show the current interface and current pricing context.
  • Create short text assets for product descriptions, social posts, and email copy.
  • Add a plain-language FAQ that covers the offer, ideal customer, and key restrictions.
  • Share a link to your best conversion-focused landing page for new visitors.
  • Provide approved disclosure language if your partner agreement requires it.

Keep the copy practical. Give affiliates real product points, supported outcomes, and objections they can answer. Do not give them inflated claims that your sales team cannot defend.

Assign one owner to every asset

Each file and text block needs an owner, version date, and review date. Use a simple internal record with the asset name, Rewardful status, owner, offer, and last approved date.

If product marketing changes pricing, packaging, or a core claim, review related assets before the announcement goes live. A stale affiliate banner can keep circulating after your own site is fixed.

Use Files and Tracking Links Without Creating a Reporting Mess

Rewardful’s current Assets Library accepts JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 25 MB. Use link assets when you need to share a video, a larger file, a live document, or a controlled external folder.

The official Create some Assets checklist recommends sharing brand resources, product screenshots, and promotion materials with affiliates.

Keep the referral URL separate from campaign copy

A promotional asset explains the offer. The affiliate’s referral URL records the referral. Do not place one shared test referral URL inside a banner PDF and expect it to work for every partner.

Tell affiliates where to get their own current link in Rewardful. Then test the path with an approved affiliate account before you announce a campaign.

Record the asset version, destination page, test date, and expected result. If you use campaign labels or SubIDs in your wider reporting process, document the naming rule before affiliates create their own variations.

A click proves that a visitor used a link. It does not prove that a commission will be approved or paid.

Keep Promotional Materials Current

Treat the asset library like a production system, not a shared folder you set once and forget.

Review your Rewardful promotional materials every 30 days. Also review them before a launch, price change, positioning shift, feature retirement, or legal update. Replace old screenshots and copy before publishing the new campaign materials.

Measure approved results, not asset activity

Clicks show attention. Pending commissions show possible results. Approved earnings show which placements produced business value after program conditions were met.

Keep those numbers separate in your operating report. A partner can send many clicks and still create weak-fit trials, refunds, or reversals. Compare affiliates and campaigns with approved revenue, retained customers, and reversal rates.

Fix Affiliate Access Problems in Order

Do not start with a vague message that says, “The asset is broken.” Check the publish state, file type, access path, and tracking result in sequence.

Check visibility before anything else

Confirm that the asset is published, not saved as a draft. Ask the affiliate to open their Assets tab and refresh their session.

Since published items are visible across campaigns, an access problem often comes down to an unpublished item, the wrong affiliate login, or a browser session issue. Test with a real approved affiliate account before escalating the issue.

Test the file, link, and reporting path

Check that uploaded files are JPG, PNG, or PDF and below 25 MB. For a link asset, open it in a private browser window. Confirm that it loads without access to your internal tools.

For a tracking question, collect the landing page, affiliate referral URL, click date, report range, browser, and screenshots. State whether the issue is missing clicks, pending rewards, approved earnings, or a broken destination.

Rewardful’s affiliate resource center guidance is useful when you need to organize links, banners, product images, and other partner resources outside a single campaign page.

Build a Library Affiliates Can Trust

The strongest affiliate libraries are small, current, and easy to test. Files, links, and copy should all point to the same live offer.

Publish approved assets, keep referral links individual, and review performance using approved results instead of click totals. That gives affiliates material they can use without creating extra correction work for your team.
