Partners can’t promote what they can’t find. If your banners live in one folder, links in Slack, and copy in old emails, you create delays before the first referral click.
Rewardful partner assets give affiliates one place to get approved files, links, and copy. Set up the library once, publish the right material, then keep it current as campaigns change.
Build a Small Asset Set Before You Upload
Start with the materials a partner needs to publish a useful promotion. Don’t upload every internal sales file or outdated brand graphic. Give them assets that match the promotion you want them to run.
Rewardful supports File, Link, and Text asset types in its Assets Library. That gives you enough structure for most SaaS affiliate programs.
Use files for visual promotion
Upload approved logos, product screenshots, social graphics, and banner images. Rewardful documents support for JPG, PNG, and PDF files, with a 25 MB maximum per file.
Keep file names clear. Use names such as product-dashboard-social.png or startup-discount-banner-1200x628.png.
A partner should know what an asset is before they download it. Avoid names like final-v4-new.png.
Use links for pages that change often
Use a Link asset for your pricing page, demo page, affiliate landing page, media kit, or current product video. Add the full URL, including https://.
Links are better than repeated file uploads when the destination may change. Update the linked page on your site, and partners still have one stable resource inside Rewardful.
Use text for ready-to-paste copy
Text assets work well for email copy, LinkedIn posts, product descriptions, and short calls to action. Write the copy in a form a partner can use without editing every line.
Rewardful’s guide to affiliate marketing assets also recommends practical materials such as pre-written social posts, banners, screenshots, and email templates.
Give partners a starting point, not a blank document. A short approved post often gets used faster than a long brand guide.
Share Rewardful Partner Assets in the Assets Tab
The current workflow is direct. You upload an asset in the merchant dashboard, save it as a draft or publish it, then published material appears for affiliates.
Follow this sequence:
- Open the Assets tab in your Rewardful dashboard.
- Select Upload assets.
- Choose File, Link, or Text.
- Add a clear title and the material your partner needs.
- Save it as a draft if the item still needs review.
- Publish it when it is ready for partner use.
Published Rewardful partner assets appear automatically in each affiliate’s own Assets tab. You don’t need to email the file after every upload or ask partners to request access one by one.
The Assets Library was introduced as a central location for affiliate promotion materials. Rewardful’s Assets Library product update confirms the publish-to-affiliate workflow and the purpose of the feature.
Use drafts as your review control
A draft is your holding area. Use it for incomplete campaign copy, graphics awaiting legal approval, or links that haven’t been tested.
Publish only after you verify the destination page, offer terms, and current branding. This matters when partners can post immediately after an asset becomes visible.
Do not treat a draft as a partner-facing resource. The documented access point for affiliates is the published library.
Publish the newest campaign material last
Rewardful displays assets newest to oldest. Upload or publish the material you want partners to notice most after older resources are already in place.
For example, publish a new launch banner, ready-to-paste announcement copy, and landing-page link after the campaign is approved. Those items will sit above your standard logo pack and evergreen screenshots.
Know What Every Partner Can Access
The Assets Library is designed for broad access. Published assets are available to all affiliates across all campaigns.
That makes Rewardful partner assets useful for shared brand material. It also means you should not publish restricted pricing sheets, private product roadmaps, customer lists, or partner-specific terms.
Plan around the documented access scope
Rewardful’s current documentation does not describe per-affiliate asset permissions, campaign-specific libraries, or role-based access settings for assets. The main documented control is simple: draft or published.
If a resource is only for one partner, share it through your approved private channel. Keep the public affiliate library for material every active partner can use.
Account labels and navigation can change after product updates. Look for Assets, Upload assets, draft, and publish controls in your current dashboard before changing your process.
Make the partner experience obvious
Your partners should see a short instruction in onboarding: open the Assets tab, select the campaign material, and use the approved link or copy.
Don’t assume they will search through old emails. Include the affiliate portal in your welcome message, then point to the new asset when you publish it.
The less time a partner spends asking for a banner, the more time they can spend promoting the product.
Maintain the Library Like an Operating System
An asset library needs a simple owner and review cycle. Otherwise, old offers stay live and partners promote pages you no longer support.
Assign one person to check the library before launches, pricing changes, and major product releases. That person should test links, confirm offer language, and remove materials that no longer match your product.
Keep a basic asset record
Use a short spreadsheet, Airtable base, or project board for the assets your team publishes. Record:
- Asset title, type, and publication date.
- Campaign or product it supports.
- Destination URL for every Link asset.
- Owner, review date, and replacement plan.
- Any required disclosure, coupon code, or approval condition.
Don’t overwrite your record when an offer changes. Add the replacement date and state why the old item was removed. This gives your partnership team a clear history when a partner asks which version was approved.
Final Check Before You Publish
Rewardful partner assets work when they are current, simple, and ready to use. Upload the smallest useful set first, publish only approved materials, and keep private resources outside the shared library.
A partner should be able to open the Assets tab and promote your product in minutes. That is the standard to maintain.
